Event Performance Report
Build the post-event report, deck and workbook, and get the context the data cannot supply before writing a word of it
What this skill does
Most post-event reports are assembled from whatever exports were to hand, and the number at the top turns out to mean something different from the number it is being compared against. This produces the report, the stakeholder deck and the figure workbook, and it starts by asking for the things no export contains: what the event was for, what was promised to whom, which headcount definition you are quoting, and whether admission was paid or free. It states what each unanswered question will cost the report before it proceeds, and it will not render a headline comparison across two editions that were counted on different bases.
Output is a structured PDF or deck with real charts and tables rather than a wall of chat, sized and sectioned for the audience you name: a board, a sponsor, an exhibitor, or your own team. Every figure carries its source and its definition in a register you can hand to whoever challenges it, and anything the data cannot support is named as a gap rather than filled. It works from CSV exports off any platform and gets richer with Grip connected. In testing it caught an organiser about to present a 20% decline that was a definitional artefact of a changed counting method; like for like, the event was up 50%.
