This runs the check properly against a draft grid and your venue's confirmed room list, and returns what will actually break, triaged, with a specific fix for each one. Hard conflicts come first, because a double-booked speaker is not a preference to be weighed against other preferences. Then capacity failures, measured against what a room really holds in the setup that session needs rather than the number on the venue's spec sheet, each paired with the room swap that resolves it. Then the things people miss: changeovers that cannot physically be met, a speaker who cannot cross the site in the gap you left them, two sessions competing for the same audience, and whether the seats across a whole slot cover the people who will be in the building. When a speaker drops at short notice it produces the minimum-disruption rebuild rather than a fresh grid.
