Our story

Every event team is quietly rebuilding the same prompts. We think the industry deserves one shared shelf of skills instead.

eventskills.ai is a community directory of skill files written for registration desks, sponsorship teams, matchmaking, on-site ops and post-event reporting. Contributed by people who run events, organised by use case and by the platforms you already work in.

How it works

Four steps, from finding the right skill to publishing your own.

Cross-filter by the platforms a skill works with: Grip, Swapcard, Cvent, HubSpot, Slack, Zapier and more. Pick several of each, and results match any option within a facet and all facets together.

3Step 3 of 4

Download and inspect

Downloads need a free account so contributors can see real usage. Every skill is a file you can open and read before you run it.

Readable by design

A skill is a plain file. Open it, read it and adjust it before you ever run it.

Checked, not curated

We validate file type and size and we act on reports. Two independent reports unlist a skill pending review.

Credit stays with authors

Attribution and licence travel with every skill, and contributors see real download numbers.

Community-contributed, not curated

Skills are uploaded by other members. We validate file type and size, and we act on reports, but we do not review, endorse or guarantee any skill. Read what you download and respect its licence. Our Acceptable Use policy sets out the rules, and anything questionable can be reported.
