If a skill infringes your copyright, email legal@eventskills.ai with the subject “DMCA notice” and include:

• Your name, address, phone number and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The URL of the skill page on eventskills.ai.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to acknowledge notices within five business days and will unlist the skill while we investigate.

If your skill was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our notification or email legal@eventskills.ai with the skill URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts covering your address.

Report a vulnerability in eventskills.ai itself to legal@eventskills.ai. Please do not test against other people's accounts or data.
