This reads your signed contracts, including the body clauses and side letters where the awkward obligations hide, and turns them into a tracked list with an owner, a deadline derived from your event dates, and the specific evidence needed to prove each line actually shipped. From there it produces the weekly chase, and an onsite checklist of the photographs somebody has to take while the placement still exists. After the event it writes a fulfilment report for each sponsor: contracted against delivered, line by line, with the evidence attached and the misses named rather than buried. That last document is rare enough that sponsors receiving one tend to say they have never seen one before, and it is usually what moves a renewal.
