Exhibitor Performance Pack

Build a per-exhibitor performance report

Eventskillsv1.1.0Updated Aug 27, 202601

What this skill does

Exhibitors judge an event on the report they get afterwards, and most of them receive a flat list of names and job titles. This reads your Grip event data and writes two things: a performance report for each exhibiting company, and a ranked call list telling your account team who is at risk of not rebooking and what to say to them. The exhibitor report covers how many of their reps actually worked the stand, what they captured and how good it was rather than how much of it there was, and the demand they attracted but never converted, which is usually the most useful thing you can put in front of them. The call list scores every company on the floor and separates genuine churn risk from service failures you caused, because an exhibitor who bought lead retrieval and never opened it needs a refund conversation rather than a retention one. Every query in it has been run against live Grip data. It will not give you pipeline, revenue or cost per meeting, because none of those fields exist in this data, and it says so plainly rather than estimating.
