Attendance Reconciliation

Registration says one number, the scanners say another, and the CRM says a third. Somebody then has to pick one and defend it to a sponsor, an auditor or a board. This takes your registration export, your scan log and whatever else you have, and produces a single headcount with the working shown: the definition it used, the duplicates it merged and the rule that chose each survivor, genuine no-shows separated from people the gate simply missed, and an honest account of what it could not resolve. It is built to be argued with, which is the point, because a number without a stated definition loses every argument it is in. Attendance, no-show and residual are reported on one numerator and one denominator so they sum to 100%.
