Meeting Quality Diagnostic

Diagnose whether your matchmaking programme produced meetings worth having

What this skill does

Matchmaking programmes report a meeting count. Buyers describe the same programme as twenty meetings of which two or three were worth having. Both statements can be true at once, and the gap between them is what loses a hosted buyer their return visit. This answers the harder question instead: were the meetings any good, and for whom did the programme fail. It reads your Grip event data and gives you the funnel from request through to rating, who ended up with nothing and whether they had even asked, how concentrated the meetings were across your audience, and which participant types had a good programme against which had a bad one at the same event. Accept rates are set against real peer benchmarks for your event class, because a rate that is catastrophic for a hosted buyer programme is above par for a large confex and a single band would mislead most users.
